CSB(Zhejiang Changsheng Sliding Bearings Co., Ltd.)was established in June 1995. In 2017, CSB was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market. It has three holding subsidiaries, covering 17.4 hectares of land, a construction area of 145,000㎡, and more than 800 employees. According to authoritative statistics, the company's operating income, total assets and other major operating indicators in 2013-2019 shows that CSB ranked first in self-lubricated bearing industry for the past five years.

The company is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R & D, production and sales of self-lubricated bearings. CSB Products include bimetal bearings, metal-polymer self-lubricated bearings, metallic self-lubricated bearings and Non-metallic self-lubricated bearings. About 50% of our products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions including Europe, North America,  South America and Asia countries, The products are mainly used in automotive, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, general industrial machinery and aerospace components,  The fast developing industries such as the high-speed trains, renewable energy industries reserve a huge potential demand of CSB products.

The company has provincial-level research institutes and provincial innovation teams with strong independent innovation capability. Till December 2019, there are over 50 patents authorized, including 6 international invention patents and 16 domestic invention patents. The company has been awarded as the national high-tech enterprises, Zhejiang innovative demonstration enterprises, Zhejiang patent demonstration enterprises, Jiashan high polymer materials provincial high-tech characteristic industry base backbone enterprises.

The company is the first Secretariat unit of the self-lubricated bearing Sub-Committee of the National Technical Committee for Sliding Bearing Standardization, and one of the main industry standards development members. There are 24 published national standards were developed or team developed by CSB. CSB products have been awarded as national key new products and the Torque Program projects.

Zhejiang Changsheng Bearings Technology

With the vision of “becoming a world-class self-lubrication technology research institute”, CSB(Zhejiang Changsheng Bearings Technology) Research institute was founded. Our institute devoted to the research and industrialization of self-lubricating materials in order to constantly provide high quality bearings to our customers with new materials and applications.

The research institute covers an area of more than 3000m² and has more than 80 professional engineers who are the experts in materials, machinery, automatic measurements and testing technologies, etc. The total value of our research equipment is more than 20 million RMB (about 3 million USD), we have a large number of top-level precision instruments such as scanning electron microscope, thermal analyzer, infrared spectrometer, and friction tester. CSB engineers provide practical and reliable technical support for our new product development, new material research and product quality assurance.

CSB currently has 55 valid patents, including 25 invention patents with 6 of them being foreign inventions. We also hosted or participated in the formulation of 24 slide bearing national standards.
